To Avail The Health Check Facility...

1. Come to Century Hospital on any day except Sunday before 8.00 a.m. on an empty stomach* (no coffee, tea or food) or call us and fix an appointment on a day convenient to you.
2. Register your name at the Registration counter and pay the package fee (Rs.2500 for CWC, Rs.1250 for CHC, Rs.750 for CBC, Rs. 1800 for CDC) at the Billing counter.
3. Meet the CHC coordinator for further guidance and information.
4. Make sure that you undergo all the prescribed procedures for the particular package.
5. Meet the doctor for medical and diet advice.
6. Collect reports from CHC coordinator

*A snack will be provided on completion of certain investigations.
Remember to bring your stool sample with you (you can collect a container from the hospital, if you wish to do so).
